NGV Employee Fun Activity of Cohesion, Together

In the bright spring of 2023, NGV, as a team full of love and vitality, has held an outdoor expansion activity for employees to further enhance communication among employees, distance each other, enhance team cohesion and sense of belonging. Let's take a look at the exciting moments together! 

Accompanied by the bright morning light, as an organized and planned team, the event organizers arrived at the event venue early in the morning to prepare on-site materials. After the team arrived at the venue, they divided the personnel into four groups, and the groups held activity competitions, ultimately leading to the victory group. 

Activity 1: Crazy Caterpillar 

Six members from each group hold a balloon together to the finish line, grab a balloon, and return to the starting point. They then connect with the next member of the group to hold the balloon and run towards the finish line. The group with the shortest duration wins. At this point, everyone is a cute caterpillar and a good team working together! 

Activity 2: Collective Action 

 All team members enter the paper circle and move forward with the cooperation of the team members. They successfully bypass all obstacles and reach the finish line from the starting point while the paper circle continues to open. In order to win, everyone tries to break through the encirclement and showcase their team's talents. 

Activity 3: Vitality Four Pieces Chess 

At this point, the members of the group are the pieces on the chessboard. The group's partners need to practice the pieces in a row (horizontal, vertical, diagonal) on the designated chessboard, which is considered successful. This is a joint competition between intelligence and physical strength. 

Activity 4: Fun Relay 

Team members at the starting point transport the paper cup to the destination by blowing balloons inside the cup; The personnel at the endpoint used the same method to blow up the balloons of the paper cups and transport them back to the starting point. The smiling faces of each partner were very cute. 

Accompanied by laughter and laughter, the event was nearing its end, and in the end, our winning team presented us with the "Outstanding Award" and carefully selected gifts.
